We elected to head back to Turkey for one last look at the beautiful coast there before ending our trip in Bodrum. Captain Guner selected Orak, which is a small island just off the coast that he says is very popular in summertime. There were still several boats there that came and went during the 24 hours that we were there, plus there was an ice-cream boat that came along and sold ...
... if you have a boat like this money isn't a problem. On Wednesday David and I went to the Rahat bar to print new tickets for home as we need to return to England early as Davids dad is very poorly, after this we went to Dedes beach where we swam, sat on the beach and had lunch there. We met Daniel and Gill on Thursday and took them to the market, grapes, figs (fresh and dried) peaches, pine nuts, Turkish delight with pistachio nuts in, some herbs, we're just a ...

... alive and not completely shattered.
Judging by the many friendly waves and toots we like to think that we
entertained the locals with our peculiar vehicle.
We arrived in Kapikiri and knew
immediately:”This is our personal paradise”.
Our tent was set up right at the
lakeside, all locals were really friendly, interested and helpful.
All travel stress instantly fell off us.
