We woke up in beautiful Corfu, The northernmost of the Ionian Islands with a population of more than 100,000. Corfu is known for its many castles, built after numerous conquests and invasions. It is particularly noteworthy that Corfu survived heavy Ottoman onslaughts with the aid of the Venetian Republic, whose culture is evident across the island.

... We then went to lunch and had a final beer before heading to the ferry port.
Just as my liver thought it had some recovery days, I bumped into Vaso, Tony, and Tasi from the view down in a bar on the seafront. I went over to join them and after defiantly ordering a espresso, it was soon changed into a beer, and then into 6 beers. We also had an early dinner off the BBQ they have at the bar, and then I went back to the hostel to begin working.

... Canadians one of which was hot and the other not so much. That was alright though, because soon enough the rest of their posy returned from the beach for something and "dragged" us back there. So now it’s just me and 8 hot chicks and 1 not so much. Cannot complain. Doing some ground work for the toga party tonight. My plan was if I could get a few faces and names recognized now then itll be easy later.

Dinner tonight was the Ionian Experience. We headed off to a Greek Restaurant where we had Greek food, Ouzo, and were treated to a traditional dance show, where we saw a variety of different dances from the Corfu Island. Between dances and meal courses, we were encouraged to participate. There were a couple of birthdays and a marriage proposal tonight from one of the other tours. ... taught us some of the steps. Greek dancing is traditionally done in big circles. It was lots of fun and the food was really good too. Haven't been able to update much as the wifi has been pretty poor. I'm on a ferry to Venice right now and have had to buy some wifi. Didn't get on the ferry until 3am this morning as it was delayed so got lots of sleep ...
