    We treated the Lopez family to a 3 night getaway to Angels Camp. It was fun hanging out with them. We swam a lot and went to historic Angels camp and walked around. Jalen slept in our closet upstairs and did well!

    ... mushroom cigars made with crimini, shiitake, oysters mushrooms and goat cheese wrapped phyllo. Amazing. The roasted pear with fig jam, pistachio dukkah and mascarpone mousse, was to die for. But wait there's more. The Grimaud farms duck was Duck confit, caramelized fennel tart, cherry gastrique and fennel pollen crusted duck breast. Delightful.     ... be seen again .... So sad .... :( :( :( .... (sad faces) all our photos over 1,000. We were both just devastated to say the least....... The only consolation was that every day we had been uploaded all the photos on the iPad that Deb had lent us, so we are very fortunate.

    And on a brighter note, I happened to have my phone with us ( even though it doesn't work over here) I use it for the time, lol, and so we tried to retrace our steps and take some more ...
