    ... staff of the Sheraton Hotel! We had our first case of (possible) malaria - Carr - and she also tested positive for typhoid too! However, the local doctors are in cahoots with the local pharmacies - they 'over prescribe', and get a kick-back from the sales of expensive drugs. I had a HOT shower, my first since 25th November!
