Thursday!!!!

Went and had my hair cut at lunch time today....Not quite sure how I feel about how she cut it, just yet, will have to wait and see if I can do something with it tomorrow when I give it wash.

Then I went shopping in Irvine for some new work clothes. I managed to buy 3 suits and 2 shirt./jumper shirts as well. I set myself a budget and managed to keep to it. Was very proud of myself. Hopped on the bus and headed back ...

... of the dig. Once there were finished they filled in the trenches and test pits and returned the ground back to the way it was before they dug it up. They then gathered around the final piece of turf to be put back into the ground. All the volunteers and archaeologists gathered together for group photos and to put the last piece of turf back into the grounds of the Abbey. Was a great day out ...
