    ... we return it too. She also gave us a free upgrade and didn't charge us for an extra driver. So we hopped in our big white Saab and headed for the hills.     This town above all brought it home to us the plight of the Greeks; it was once a bustling tourist town with many cafés and shops. Back up into the hills there were ruins of historical importance that used to bring people flocking to view but now the tourist numbers have dwindled to a trickle, and so the fairly large town is all but dead.

    Bit of a sleep in until 8.00am on Saturday, saw us packing up and heading off to Patra.
    After researching and finding not that much to see or do as a tourist (we have to go there to pick up the ferry to Italy), we decided we wouldn't really need a car.     ... to be hard to figure out, we ended up asking 5 mins before it was due to leave and thankfully we got on it. Our next problem was to figure out where we had to get off because we had to change buses, we got that one figured out alright.
