The view from the ship of traditional white houses with blue trim was unmistakeable Greek! We took a water taxi from the ship to Mykonos to walk around town and enjoy the picture-postcard views. The weather was slightly warmer than yesterday and we enjoyed a rain-free day. The sun actually shone brightly this ...

At about 0630 when the flies got too much, we picked up a toasted ham and cheese for breakfast and then wandered back to the port to wait for another 2 hours on a marble bench. Finally, the doors to the ferry port station opened and were able to get into the cool away from the sun.

... Ornos beach. The beach itself was pleasant however we also went to more secluded beaches nearby. The sea was beautiful here and I learnt how to skim flat pebbles across the water. In the night we went out to Dream city which charges 15€ for entry. I thought it was a nice place and I can imagine it would be much crazier in the summer. They hire stunning girls to dance on the stages around the club. I had a good night with a lot of dancing and ended up getting home at ...
