... shopping in the village shop "Der Laden" and then going out to dinner. Main meal was in Minamoto - Japanese restaurant in Hotel Royal - and desert in Hotel Restaurant Waldhaus.
Back home to catch up with e-mails before retiring to bed.
Weather changed dramatically with rain, rain, rain and lower temperatures (Schneegrenze auf etwa 2000m sinkend!) should get a bit better by the weekend.
... the lightning flashed, but quickly forgot it when the food arrived.
It was still raining when we finished our meal and were driving back to the Norris Mansion, but once we were inside, we forgot about it; how could we not in such tasteful and cosy surroundings?

Pascal drove us with our car to Zuerich airport, picking us up around 6pm after a days work in and around the house and last minute travel preparations. It was a smooth journey and having checked-in in the morning we didn't have to que too long to check-in our 9 suitcases and surfboard. The kids got excited for our long trip ...
... We passed quite a few thermal baths in other towns, some with water slides too! And then we passed that nuclear plant we were quite excited to see last time - now from the other side of the Rhine. The route then took us directly next to the Rhein, we couldn't have been any closer without being in it! We arrived at 8pm and after a short hunt for a hotel we were all settled.
