... of cafes full of people taking hours to drink one or two coffees. That's the national pastime here. Sit. Drink coffee. Chill.

It's the winter, but it's sunny and relatively warm. These Croatians are crazy about being outside. They'll eat and drink at outdoor cafes no matter how cold it is. We saw that in Zagreb too. We find "Regula" Konoba and enjoy watching Neville's pork being cooked on the traditional grill over an open fire. After having our fill .... probably a bit more than what we needed we headed on to a number of villages for a look. The island is only 45 kilometres in length so it doesn't take too ...

... being catapulted into MTM causing all sorts of traumas!!! After a brief drama involving us turning our brains off and the traffic police clamping us for our troubles, we found a stunning beach side campsite with the most crystal aquamarine water (also THE coldest water ever!) and some relaxed beer/sunset/dinner combo……..lovely!

We said ‘dobradan’ to K&M for a few days, with the plan to meet up ...
