Maria, Maria, Maria! The Best Guide in Girona!
Well after a quick 1.5 hour trip on the Renfe Train from Passeig de Graciŕ in central Barcelona I ended up in the city of Girona where my best friend from residence, Maria, was going to show me around for the day! So I will begin with a bit of information about Girona.
There are around 97,000 people in Girona and the city is located 99km Northeast of Barcelona. The city has deep roots within the region of Catalunya and is an incredible getaway for the weekend, especially ...

Except small vw vans, they aren't so wavy. The motor home feels like home, we have a kingsize bed perminantly set above the cab, a little kitchen and dining space and 2 bunks at the back. The bathroom has a shower but we haven't had to use it yet. We managed to find some outdoor chairs and tables on Thursday so have ...
Barcelona to Calogne
... it wasn't that busy. Leaving Tossa de Mar we drove to 6 different campsites, the one we are at now (due to leave in a minute) was the only one open! Camping International de Calogne is a huge site, very well kept with the best showers I have ever been in. Hopefully this is what to expect at all sites we visit. Today we are travelling the coastline to Le'Startit. My camera is coming out so more photos next ...
