... for our tour of Luxembourg. We sat on the steps, listening to this guy speaking German on the phone.  We both were trying to work out if he was actually German or not, but it only took one thing to work out that he was English.. ... We made our way along the river and climb up all the stairs...by the Eiffel Tower. No. Sorry.
