When we booked our accommodation in Ko Lanta we thought the 2 hour boat journey from Railay would be easy. Turns out that boat doesn't run in the low/wet season we are currently in (positively named the 'green' season by the tourist industry here), so one long boat, 3 minivans, 2 ferries, and several unexplained hours at bus stops later, we arrived …

Today was our laziest day of the holiday so far. We spent all day on the beach or in our bungalow's private garden. Only moving to change position or transfer between hammocks and chairs.

A lot of reading was achieved today, and not much else.

Nous levons assez tot, vers 6h15, prenons notre douche et allons petit

dejeuner. Un van vient nous chercher a 7h35 devant le resort, direction

le dive shop, Lanta Divers. Arrivons et faisons connaissance avec notre

    this place is beautiful! we had to stay in a room for 1 night untill our room was ready but the the owners came and told us we could stay there 3 more n ights no extra charge ( beach front room) omg its beautiful!! moved after day 3 and the rooms are the same just 2 bungalows away from the beach ! went to the spa yesterday and spent 3 hours in there! amazing! everyones so happy and frendly here will deff be coming back here everytime we come to lanta!!! xxx
