      ... slept the whole flight. This was good because Maldives is a couple hours ahead of Germany, 9 hours ahead of NYC.

      ... of snorkelling with one of the Islands 3 resident turtles on two separate occasion in 2 different locations (until I got a little seasick!). Our room attendant Mouhamed Ali, our waiter Muhamed and our boat captain Mohammed (can you see a theme here) are all from local islands, but the majority of staff are from all over the world, China, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, India even Bali.
