    ... we went through to find our gate, being Gate 156! Turned out to be right at the end of a horrendously long terminal! Lucky there were a couple of long travelators to get us there. Once on the plane, which just happened to be a brand new 777, which the kids nicknamed the 'party plane' as the lights in the cabin changed colours from pink to purples with colours in between!     ... again, gigantic servings, my sandwich ciabatta was literally the size of an entire ciabatta loaf that we sell at Countdown back home! I ate 3/4 of one half, so the other half is currently sitting in the hotel room fridge in a takeaway container.

    ... end place of Route 66 so we all checked out the sign and had photos taken, We had now completed as much of 66 as possible and had loved every minute of it.
