Day Cruise: Poros
... sun deck, then arrived to the island of Poros. Poros has a very nice port with lots of picturesque homes, but it was kinda hard to explore the island due to the time constrain. We had 45 minutes on this island and then it was time to go! Had enough time to take some pictures and get a flavor of the town. In Poros they have a clock tower, so we made the ten minute hike all the way to the top to check out the tower! Next island: ...
Poros /Epidavarus.
We were on our way to Poros, Cheryl and I kicked back on our milkshakes we purchased before we left. Then all of a sudden we heard this big bang, and we came to a abrupt halt. A drink on the sea front was accompanied by some beautiful Greek music played by fine local musicians. Well maybe a slight exaggeration, they were not fine musicians and it certainly was not beautiful or Greek and it was not music as ...

... The weather is beautiful and the water was quite cold. Greece are playing Germany in the Euro tomorrow night. I have organized to go to the final with Steven Kounnas. I cant believe it - it is going to be a once in a lifetime opportunity. I hope Greece destroys Germany tonight - especially with all the hype surrounding the economic crisis. It is a shame how the world looks at Greece with such disgust at what ...
