... water is clear, it's doesn't come out really well in pictures, but you can kinda see it. And, just so you don't think things are horrible here, when they cut the water we aren't completely without water. There's a big tank on the roof that's full of water (from what I understand, the water supply runs through it and it's always full when the water supply is on) so when they cut the water supply we have all the water in ...

... to do some things. We passed Adam, from the dance class yesterday. The first time I pass someone in a new place it always makes me feel good, like I'm not a stranger anymore. Anyway, I got my picture taken for my ID, was given a little tour of the campus, and then was given my bill so I know how much to pay for my room and board.

The buildings/landmarks are one thing, but the people/performances you come across at the most random moments are what makes this city so wonderful. There is never a dull moment, and everyone so far has been just lovely.

      Until next time,

... tennis shoes, but they did get wet in the toe area.

We all walked down to the center and planned to have dinner. I wasn’t really that hungry because I ate my lunch on the bus after we were at the hot springs. I had a ham sandwich, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, cookies, and a Twizzler for lunch. I didn’t want to go off shopping by myself, though, so I stayed with the group. A few of us didn’t want to eat in the huge group or pay $15 for one ...
