... means anus! Do I see a trend developing here?

There are loads of Spanish words for innocent everyday things always makes the child in me giggle:

    • pregnant - "embarazada" (em-baa-raa-zaa-daa) does not mean embarrassed!
    • handcuffs - "esposas" (air-spaw-sass) and the singular "esposa" means wife!
    • straw - "popote" (paw-paw-te) hehe!
    • delinquent - "quinqui" (kinky) enuf said!

... We noticed tons of cars heading up the hill too and taco and ice cream vendors setting up shop. It seemed a very unusual location, so we asked what was going on. The next day would be one to honor the town’s Saint Ignacio (I think was the name) and villagers would be trekking up the mountain to camp overnight and pray and honor the saint. Amazing.

We want to camp before town and don’t want to get kicked off the toll road (all the other toll roads we’ve taken don’t have the no bikes signs), so we hike-a-bike down to the free road. Bad idea…no shoulder, lots of traffic, and lots of towns…suck! Next time we are taking the toll road even if there is a “no bicycles” sign. If they don’t want bicycles on this toll road, they would give us ...

... guy’s leg and do a dip thing. When we had to do that, I was paired up with this skinny little 12 year old that probably weighed like 80 pounds. Hahaha. He was supposed to dip me and I was supposed to sit on him. Needless to say, that didn’t work out too well. The third class was the group dance that we do. I have no idea what it is called, actually, but it is kind of like the circle dance we did with WCS where you constantly switch partners ...

... there were at least 2,000 people in that area at 9 p.m.! So many! Anyway, there were groups playing traditional Mexican music, so I sat down with a bunch of other tourists and some Mexicans and watched the shows. The one show was so funny! The group got two couples to go up in front and dance arm in arm. Then they had to kiss during one part of the song. The funny part, though, was that the song kept going and then the group pulled the couples apart and put the women with the men from ...
