        ... called in to meet us, he works as a craftsman in the boat building industry, he builds for well known people like Steve Jobs wife, these ships cost €2million a metre.

        Went by back roads past where the retired Queen lives to Lage Vuursche for dinner at a pannekoekenhuis! Tim ad a Dutch original with apple, raisins, cinnamon & cream I had a ham, cheese & pineapple, they are very filling.

        ... t want us in!

        Went round to Brigit & Ronalds place, met their kids Nordin 18, student who wants to go to university to study economics & Joija 16 sat round talking then back to Tante Miens place for dinner. Later we met up with Brigit & walked her dog along the polder, beautiful & peaceful, saw a couple of storks nesting up in a tree.

        Timo has worked for neatly 40 years for V&D as an accountant, the firm needs to lay off 400 staff so he a little concerned, Marissa work for a travel agent in Utrecht.

        ... the ferry back and went to a Chinese restaurant for dinner as an included meal. After that we had the canal cruise, a cruise in an enclosed glass boat throughout amsterdam with all you can drink. There were some really pretty views and it was a great way to end our topdeck tour.
