    ... It was really busy with bikes, people and trams everywhere.

    From there we headed up the main shopping street, I purchased myself a nice blue dress shirt for cheap and both Dina and I had ourselves a hot waffle each which was spectacular.     ... market here, Albert Heijn, and bought some wine, a croissant, some salami, strawberries, and a bar of dark chocolate. We set up shop on a little side street with a ledge to sit on, and had a delicious feast of cheese and wine.     This morning, having made this quick trip to Brugge, we left ourselves several hours to explore the city, but first breakfast at the hotel. We stayed at a place called Die Swaene or the swan. They've made a nice job of it. Every where there are touches to make the property seem more, well, more something out of another era. I assumed he was the owner by the way he was interacting with the customers and told him I would return later for a chocolate muffin and another cup of coffee but that I wanted to get out and enjoy the day.
