... out to be quite interesting. They showed how a batch of Gouda cheese was made with 350 litres of milk heated to 29 degrees C, added rennet and pressed for to hours to remove the moisture. Its covered with plastic 4 times, and finally wax to seal it.

... out of the canals, which are actually 2.1 meters below ocean level. Unfortunately, the windmill was not turning. We still saw the gears that transferred power down to the auger though. That night we relaxed by the canal and ate some hearty food.
