    ... Champon at the Lampaya Ferry port, at 1pm we were underway bound for Koh Tao. During the journey there was absolutely apocolyptic rain, we went outside on the deck and were blown all-ways!     • Chumpon: Lomprayah, 7.00, 13.00; 1.45hrs. Night ferry departs at 23.00 and 24.00, takes 6 hours.
    • Surat Thani: there is a night ferry departing at 23.00 and arriving at 07.00. All the other ferries go through Don Sak, Ko Samui and Ko Phangan.

    ... different and amazing. Unfortunately we didn't come across a school of barracuda because if we had we could've shined our torches onto other fish for them to eat. We did however see a sleeping turtle, which sleeps in the same spot every night. We also did some natural navigation aka swimming off and back again in the dark.     Our group of 7 Nomads got the boat to Koh Tao. We had not booked anywhere to stay & wanted to be together...finding somewhere was not an easy task!
