Day 10 - Lowman back to Boise

A travel blog entry by jvenard on Jul 03, 2015

We had a big breakfast of Biscuits and Gravy, eggs and bacon.

Mike and I took our guns out into the forest and did some target practice.

After we got back we loaded up the truck and headed back down the hill to Boise. On the way down we stopped in Horshu Bend and had Mexican Food at The Sonora Restaurant. They had great chips and salsa and really good Chili Rellenos.

We made it back in time for a nap and then went out to dinner.

They talk with everyone and consider everyone their friend. If they are angry with someone, they go to a pub and work it out over a ...

Sometime passes as we both continue with our computer/tablet thing. I am writing this blog entry and Heidi is researching our activities for tomorrow. We decide ...

... had a tiny taste of ice cream - Oregon toasted hazelnut salted carmel which was a new flavor. Did you know that 90% of all US grown hazelnuts are grown in Oregon? Us either.

Okay so we now had some serious road travel to make it all the way to Boise by nightfall. We had to travel back through Portland and then along the Columbia river gorge. The weather was warm and without the air conditioner buttons working properly (Sheree broke it previously some how), we had ...
