      ... on it, which I was not expecting when I ordered the sampler plate. After gorging, we headed home and attempted to get Baxter to swim in the pool, unsuccessfully.       ... which was one of the oldest ones still standing in town. The house was build by Dr. Rossen who was a physician at one of the forts and later was the mayor of Phoenix. It took 4 years to renovate and since they did not have pictures of insides that had to research as they were pulling down layers of wallpaper which then had to be replicated. The hardwood floors were good and most of the downstairs rooms had inlays around the outer portion. It was the first house in Phoenix ...

      ... and it didn't do a thing. Disappointed, we tried again on the asphalt as it was definitely hotter. Again, we were disappointed to find it didn't work. We read on line that it works on the hood of a car but we weren't up to seeing what an egg would do to our paint job. So, that myth was busted and we cleaned up the egg mess and went back inside.
