The town wanted to build a larger facility but could not get the jays franchise to contribute any money into the project threatening, even at that time to head to Phoenix! and the smaller town was stretched to its limits so could only build the present stadium seating just over 5000 seats...they are sold out most spring training seats ...but in talking to many visitors who can't get ...

... I did relax ...definitely had some trouble with the height thing..Fricking stairs are so steep! There was a group of young men ...maybe 8-10 ...who sat In front of us who were absolutely so much fun. They had a huge repertoire of chants that they cheered almost in achapello! So hilarious ..
Unfortunatly the Montreal team came up short...but we still had fun.

... times we were stopped or creeping along at a few miles an hour for miles on end, and there appears to be no reason for it. ie accidents. Anyway we turned off the expressway onto a very minor road that lead into Tarpon Springs. It turned out to be a beaut little fishing village, and very popular as the place was crowded with tourists/visitors. We ate some excellent genuine, and cheap, greek fare at a nice restaurnt overlooking the port and had a drink then we ...

Why do airlines do this to their frequent flyer loyalty members--because they can and they want to fill seats on flights on low demand routes during slower times of the year. Remember, when you use frequent flyer points you are displacing a paying flying customer. So it is the airline's policy to do it along a less busy route that will not cost them as much money regardless of your needs ...

HOME SWEET HOME
Headed to the Airport in Rio for our Flight back to the states. On the way we hit traffic and saw people all over the highway selling candy and cookies - dodging the cars and trucks along the highway - what a way to earn a buck!
