... a Level Nine VIP tour of the Space Center to see the behind-the-scenes parts of NASA that the general public never sees. We're going to see the places where the astronauts train in zero gravity and a Saturn missile and Mission Control where they actually fly the International Space Station. After looking through the various rooms of exhibits at the aquarium, we caught the complimentary shuttle boat over to their second location. We had a great cruise over to the buildings where they have movie sets, props, etc on display from the two movies. It was neat to see. But it is another 'one and done' for us. By this time it was lunch and we decided to find a Cracker Barrel restaurant, ...
... higher until we did loop the loops. And we all calmed down with a gentle turn on the carousel which was lovely, except Neil's camel didn't go up and down. In the last hour, we found two of the best rides of the whole trip - a dangle-down roller coaster that did loops without the discomfort of rattly-brain syndrome, and Cheetah Hunt that was wonderfully smooth and fast. One month from today, we'll be waking up in Seattle. Washington State. Pacific Standard Time. Well, perhaps not waking up; after an 8-day road trip, it's very possible we'll just be sleeping all the way through February 9th.
But we've made so much progress in the last week! More clothes purged, Doohickeys and junk donated, and most importantly, all of our hotels along the way have been booked.

After crossing the Skyway Bridge we hit Pinellas Country and we decided to stop for a Coffee/Cappuccino. So where did we stop - Yep you guessed it - The famous Mazzaro's in St Pete. Afterwards we returned the rental and headed home - preparing for the next leg of our Adventure which is Mexico - Cabo.
