... new campsite was named “The Four Seasons”. What could possibly not be luxurious and perfect with a name like that!?

In making the reservation, Jim was informed that the office hours have been reduced for the low season and was only open on Monday through Friday from 9-2. Since our arrival would be after 2 PM on Friday, we’re advised that our site information and a map to our campsite would be posted on a late arrival board. ...

The day before we left the City, we walked over the Brooklyn Bridge to see some incredible views of the skyline of the City. So I added some of the photo's we took. Driving out of New York went better than I thought it would, due to previous planning on Google Maps. Half way to Washington, stopped overnight at Elkton on a Walmart car park to re-stock. Until next time.

... with oil then we did. Passengers were squeezed into every crevice; every inch of floor space was filled. Sweat poured from my forehead.

Over the roar of the jet engines, the Captain announced the flight's cancellation-inclement weather in New York. The flight attendant barked out orders that we must immediately abandon the plane. "Hurry - Hurry" she yelled as though a fire ignited. Seat belts start unsnapping, passengers ...

... get through security again. Tired of lines.

Anyway, flight to Phoenix was uneventful as we played SkipBo and Chinese patience. We arrived 15 minutes, which was nice, given this was a 5 hour flight.

Walked in the house at 10:30pm. Pet the kitties and went to bed.

      Now I have post-vacation blues...so, I'll need to plan the next ...
