    The day before we left the City, we walked over the Brooklyn Bridge to see some incredible views of the skyline of the City. So I added some of the photo's we took. Driving out of New York went better than I thought it would, due to previous planning on Google Maps. Half way to Washington, stopped overnight at Elkton on a Walmart car park to re-stock. JC was able to pop in and out at will, she thought she was in Heaven! Next blog will be in Washington ...

    ... day. We start in the Daintree Rainforest north of Cairns, then snorkling and our first diving experiences on the Great Barrier Reef the next day. Eventually we will make our way south spending time in the Whitsunday Islands, Byron Bay, Brisbane, Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, and back down to the Sydney beaches like Bondi.

    Our flight from Heathrow to Philadelphia was very bumpy, but...we arrived an entire hour early. So, the bumps were worth it. We needed the extra time.
