... in the city as we pleased but it was just my luck that I was ill that day! I wandered round the hotel a few times and went up to the observation deck again (nowhere near as impressive in daylight!) before going to a lovely Japanese restaurant for dinner. The next day we left and drove over the Hoover Dam on our way to the Grand Canyon. It's true what they say: there's casinos EVERYWHERE in Nevada!! But despite that and how cheesy LV is, I have to admit... I kind of love ...

We were glad to be spending one more night in Vegas, as we felt we had a little more exploring to do. This however, led us to our evening entertainment, Boyz II Men at the Mirage hotel.
