We drove on and the GPS took us on a lovely road down to a ferry that the ferryman didn’t want to take us in case we got hung up so back and around to our campsite and ended up, you guessed it –on the other side of the ferry. Really nice campsite.

You quickly remember why travel is an experience in chaos and long, long airline sky and terminal time.
Our plane was about an hour late leaving Madrid. Good thing, pilot picked up speed and arrived in Charlotte, South Carolina at our appointed time.
