    Today is the last day of the Conference and our last full day in Atlanta. Drive to Orlando tomorrow to join the cruise on the 11th. I left the hotel early and caught the shuttle bus to the Martin Luther King Jnr Historic site. It included the Ebeneza Baptist Church that his father and he were ministers. The church was the centre of his civil rights work. His wife, after his assassination, took over and continued his amazing work for peace ...

    Yesterday our vet told us that my cat Toby, who I have had for 13 years, was in critical condition.Heartbroken and flashbacks of all the times we have shared together, plaid in my head like an old movie real.
    I was to say the least, devastated.

    However not giving up, we brought him home and have set up everything he needs and a routine for his wellness plan.
    Just from one day of being home, he has already showed some improvement ...
