Am surveying others on how they attempt to stay healthy when traveling in airports and on planes? I have traveled almost every week for over 13 years and have found some ways to cope but am interested in what others have found works for them?

Thanks!
Metro Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States weezy78Albuquerque is a nice town. It's set between the Rio Grande and the Sandia Mountains. The city has been here since Spanish colonial times and has a lot of history. Down town has a nice theater and restaurant area with an "Old Town" section. There are quite a few good museums. I checked out the Indian Culture Museum to get an introduction to the 18 different Pueblo cultures in the region ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States johnrandallLeaving the winter home, Sharon came for a week vacation and to drive with me back to Madison. We drove to Bosque Del Apache via a few missions. Spent the night at the RV park for the birds and got up really early to see the birds fly ...

We got timber wolf kisses and many pics.

I enjoyed the winter most because it was cold and would snow ocasionally. Albuquerque in 5000 ft above sea level with mountains called the Sandias surrounding the city. Lifestyle was different from Florida. It is the biggest small town of the southwest. We returned to Florida in August 2009 longing for home.

Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States rone_9... New Mexico to warm up. I might also add that it was snowing during the last 25 Kilometers into Albuquerque. The mistake I made was stopping in Albuquerque. We had an excellent lunch, we did warm up, and it did stop snowing. You would have thought everything was perfect. Well it would have been if I could have coaxed Karyn back onto the bike. I will not give you all the details, but suffice to say, we are presently booked into the Days Inn hotel here ...
ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico, United States 1lifeAs when we stopped in St. Louis, it was nice today not to have to wake up, check out, and start driving. In addition to the benefits of not staying in a hotel, it's wonderful to have a fantastic (nearly) native hostess (and two of her dogs to play with!). We explored Old Town Albuquerque today, which is filled with funky shops, boutiques, and art galleries. Later we drove up ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States julia-winkie... t be beat.

We waddled out of the Flying Star and headed across the street to Rick’s Photo. I bought a roll of 1600 speed film to shoot the nighttime balloon launch at the Balloon Fiesta. Then, we headed off to our next destination. We decided over breakfast that we should pick up our Balloon Fiesta tickets first, and then head back to Old Town Albuquerque to explore some of the shops and attractions of that area. Of course, that plan went out ...
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States mikvsSo first I went and visited my friend Shannon in Albuquerque, who I'd met the year before on the way to Guatemala. This was back in the days, back at the age, when such was the norm, making friends on the road. I’m not sure which was more important, but the best part was that it extended to locals, usually smoking herb, so it must have been ...
