Am surveying others on how they attempt to stay healthy when traveling in airports and on planes? I have traveled almost every week for over 13 years and have found some ways to cope but am interested in what others have found works for them?<br><br>Thanks!

Albuquerque is a nice town. It's set between the Rio Grande and the Sandia Mountains. The city has been here since Spanish colonial times and has a lot of history. Down town has a nice theater and restaurant area with an "Old Town" section. There are quite a few good museums. I checked out the Indian Culture Museum to get an introduction to the 18 different Pueblo cultures in the region ...

Albuquerque in 5000 ft above sea level with mountains called the Sandias surrounding the city. Lifestyle was different from Florida. It is the biggest small town of the southwest. We returned to Florida in August 2009 longing for home.<br><br>

I get to the airport in Albuquerque at 4.30pm. my flight is at 6:30pm..I quickly hit the mens room<br>and eat 8 gelatin capsules of dried, powdered ( fine), peyote. within an hour of consumption<br>I'm through security and sitting with my laptop and the peyote kicks in."...Woah Mescalito !!!!<br>..please let me maintain and not have a major freakout here in the airport....just let me maintain and get me on the plane!!!!".....once on board it's smooth sailing...lol<br>

... New Mexico to warm up. I might also add that it was snowing during the last 25 Kilometers into Albuquerque. The mistake I made was stopping in Albuquerque. We had an excellent lunch, we did warm up, and it did stop snowing. You would have thought everything was perfect. Well it would have been if I could have coaxed Karyn back onto the bike. As when we stopped in St. Louis, it was nice today not to have to wake up, check out, and start driving. In addition to the benefits of not staying in a hotel, it's wonderful to have a fantastic (nearly) native hostess (and two of her dogs to play with!).
