Had to get up early today because I was going to school. Bit of a change after not teaching all this year. I spent the day in Shannon's classroom today which is a year 2 class and it was really interesting to see how things are done at her school. Staff room discussion was very similar to Aussie staff rooms. It's only their 4th week back but lots of comments about assessment, evaluation - paper trails etc. Sound familiar? ...
