... This time Mary ordered the Prime Rib and I ordered Buffalo Short Ribs, slowly braised in a barbecue sauce. Both of our meals were fantastic.Mary's Prime Rib was cooked to a perfect medium rare and my Short Rib was as fall off the bone tender as you could ask for.
No pictures today, it was flat, boring and rainy most of the day. Tomorrow we cross the Minnesota border into Wisconsin and then have Illinois in front of us. Yahoo.

Van appreciation day... Driving, driving, driving to Austin, Minnesota. We had 2 designated stops today; 1st was the Corn Palace. A school hall still used for proms, theatre and basketball games with corn merchandise inside and decorated with murals of corn on the cob. 2nd stop was the green giant in Minnesota, Hohoho.
