Normally we are running late to the airport. Like when we were going to Paris, we almost missed the plane, no seriously. They were paging us like crazy and we had to sprint to the gate.
Today though, we were on time but of course, the plane delayed. Why is it that when you're running late, the plane is early but when you're running on time, the plane is late? Go figure!!!!

On our way into Superior Wisconsin, that is the across the river from Duluth MN, we saw a billboard advertising 20 year, 200,000 mile warranties on new Ford Cars. We couldn't believe our eyes. Closer to the bridge, we saw lake freighters in drydock, and others unloading or loading from grain elevators.
Stopped to photograph a great mural that adorned a drape protecting a building under renovation, and discovered several other murals in the small town.
We carried on travelling through Superior Wisconsin and then to Duluth
MN. Just as we entered Superior we noticed a large billboard advertising
new Ford vehicles with a 20 year, 200,000 MILE warranty!! Unfortunately
we were past it before we thought of taking a picture. Wish that could

A beautifully paved bike path for 30 miles through lakes and hills climbing slowly out of the Mississippi River valley. Minnesota is the most bike friendly state I have visited; I have ridden more than 150 miles of bike path nowhere near roads, seeing sights only visible from the path.
