We'll have been here a week by the time we leave on Tuesday, and it's
been fabulous to find time with so many old friends - including the
unexpected bonus of being parked near Jan & Steve - who are close
friends who now live in Arizona!!

... One of the really rewarding things about wwoofing is that you get to
know local people well. I've probably mentioned this before, but it is really what made the whole experience what it was. Rather than just passing through each area, it was really possible to get to know the hosts. You almost become one of
the family while spending time there. It's not just smile, do the work,

... the scale to finals happening on Sunday. We didn't go Sunday. We were there from 02:00pm until about 06:00pm. Also, hooked up with some of Mimi's American Indian friends.
The DaKota tribe gave a great feast during lunch time. It was full of goodies and was FREE!
The tribe feeds many every Pow-Wow both Saturday and Sunday.
All in all, it was a really fun weekend.
