Today Debbie and I started our day at 7am. Breakfast and our coffees and then we went straight to work preparing the boxes for the vegetables to get packed in. We arranged the boxes and then packed them with what we had harvested yesterday. Rhubarb, spinach, arugula, romaine lettuce and butter head lettuce and two kinds of bok choy. In total this took us 2 hours! There were 22 boxes that needed to be packed so hence why it took a long time! Finally all ...
