We're off on our next trip. We started out this morning, and first took a visit to Albertville Outlets for shopping. Later we headed to Sam's uncle and aunt's house in St Cloud. Ate Carol's homemade dumplings for supper. Excellent! 我們又出發 ...
... 3-4 and it's not even organic. Sarah and I went to the post office quickly afterwards and then to the supermarket as well. Today was a really lazy day. Jim was on the couch reading a book all day, Deb went to deliver some produce to her neighbors and then came home to sleep, Sarah went to read and sleep in the bunkhouse and I pretty much just sat down on the couch for the majority of the day too! ... the quad bike and pull her out and then drove it down the driveway to collect the mail!! It was so much fun I love driving them!! Deb made roast potatoes for dinner and I made a salad with some broccoli and peas as well. I also tried some scrambled eggs which taste just like tofu! Not bad at all! ... reading a biography of Napoleon in which the Paris suburb of St. Cloud was mentioned as Napoleon's summer residence. St. Cloud is also on the Mississippi River. We stayed at the Hotel Saint Germaine in the historical district and took a walking tour of the area. The hotel was older and almost empty. It needed a face lift but was a welcome change from motels. We dined at a cute bar in the old section and enjoyed Surly beer, brewed locally. Surly in St. Cloud! Fun ...
