In December Richard came to visit us in Minnesota!

... the Target Center was packed with groups of kids in their matching t-shirts from summer programs at their neighborhood Y. Ryan is a huge WNBA fan and we were all looking forward to seeing Brittney Griner, the huge star who led Baylor to the 2012 NCAA championship and an undefeated season. Brittney plays for Phoenix now, but sadly she was injured and did not play.
For those of you who may not have heard, I have been lying for the past two months about how I would spend Christmas. Instead of my boyfriend, Joey, coming down to visit me for 6 days... we actually transferred his ticket so I could come home for a few weeks and surprise just about everyone! Long story short, it wasn't worth him spending four days on a plane to be in South Africa for only week with one of the worst jet lags possible. I ...
