Work up today to snow!! Sheila got a picture of me with snow on the jacket. We should have headed south, but despite the cold, the Northwood are very amazing beautiful. Sheila and I explored the North Shore of Minnesota from Duluth to Schroeder - about 100 miles. Our first stop was Duluth - at the Duluth Trading Company. Very expensive place.
Next stop was the lighthouse at Two Harbors. The lighthouse is still operating. We couldn't get in the building but we walked ...

We are staying at the St. Croix River RV Resort about 20 miles north of Hinckley. Attached is a picture of the coach in the campsite.
Lesson Learned - While Sheila and I disagree on the need for a "PLAN", with this trip I rest my case!!

My last day on the farm! It started with the chicken chores, then I helped harvest for the vegetable box delivery to Cambridge and then also started taking out the bok choy and the womboks. Well, all the ones that had bolted anyway! Ran into a couple of snakes as well... Blah they just startle you cause they're always hiding in the rows of vegetables and then you put your hand down to grab one out of the ground and RAH! ...
Ah, such a peaceful wake up on the farm... Woke up just after 6am, chickens are making their little noises, birds singing, blue skies, sunshine... My plan was to lay in bed until about 8am when we get up so I'm just relaxing, trying to doze back off to sleep when just after 7am.... BANG! ... BANG!! Sarah and I woke up with quite a jolt!!
