    ... stopped at a minimart for fresh water and ice in our water bottles (the water from the motel last night tasted terrible!)     The trail continued beautiful and a delight to ride. How many pictures of a tree-lined trail and lovely lakes can one take? Lots, if today is any indication!     Started the day with a stop at the Corn Palace in Mitchell. It’s like a huge school gymnasium with a stage for shows, and all the murals, inside and out, are made with various colours of corn cobs. Very cool actually.
