We woke up in Salt Lake City and found an amazing and overwhelming breakfast at The Pig and the Jelly Jar. Waffles for the kids, pork belly and kale creole benedict for Amy, and chicken and waffles for David. Then there was some hotel swimming, laundry, and much-needed showers.
