Here we are! Day 1 of our 25 day trip through Europe. The first stop was to get boarding passes and then get lunch. Starbucks was a definite highlight. We first fly to Washington DC, then an 8 hour overnight flight to England. Hopefully I can ...

Hi All, We traveled across I 70 to I 29 to our current location (just north of Kansas City) on Friday. Phew! 40 minutes late, if we had known before what we knew then we would have had breakfast and saved a couple of bucks and gray hairs. Anywho, there were no connecting flights to worry about so we just chalked it up to early trip excitement and got settled in for the ...

    Thanksgiving Layover in Dallas

... and the trimmins! Alleluia and God bless Janis for sending such a meal out to us. We feasted and gave thanks as we simply did not expect on taking part in Thanksgiving festivities this year. Afterwards we set around the fire and caught up talking about everything from kids to aliens (ETs not illegal, of course that was me). Soon we were on the last bottle and as Lauri was fading and the dogs had made themselves comfortable on the bed we decided to call it a night as we had to be up at ...
