Here we are! Day 1 of our 25 day trip through Europe. The first stop was to get boarding passes and then get lunch. Starbucks was a definite highlight. We first fly to Washington DC, then an 8 hour overnight flight to England. Hopefully I can ...

Hi All, We traveled across I 70 to I 29 to our current location (just north of Kansas City) on Friday. We made some Kerig coffee and sat for a bit to catch up some more before we realized what time it was. Later than we were comfortable with. So we grabbed our bags, Lauri did a last minute check, Lisa locked up the house and we headed ...

    Thanksgiving Layover in Dallas

A travel blog entry by robertiz on Nov 28, 2014

... after the day's adjusted and enhanced travel arrangements and engaged in an impromptu snack fest as we gobbled up an array of junk food we bought for our in-flight entertainment. We were starvin marvins. We knew there was a surprise from Lauri's mom on the way via Lisa but the temptation was too great. As we finished the first bottle and began on the next, Lisa, David and a very tall Andrew pulled up, unloaded and presented to us a full-out turkey dinner complete with a whole ...
