Yes, plural, meaning we had lobster rolls twice today! Once for first lunch and then again for second lunch, as Marette so aptly named those memorable occasions! It was a very good day, indeed.
Lobster rolls are to Maine what fish tacos are to San Diego! And Mainers certainly know how to do their "lobstah" ...
We wanted to eat lobster and oysters on the half shell, track elusive moose, and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean when we visited Maine for three weeks.
