... into it in New Orleans. New Orleans is such a unqiue and multicultural city. We definately felt like a minority as 60% of its population is African-Americans. It has high murder and poverty rates and does smell a little like South America but the buildings are beautiful.

This book was made by a kid in the mid-fifties and included some newspaper clippings from a Chattanooga newspaper. ... Well, it wasn't the trail for the falls! HA! We eventually found the falls and it was gorgeous. Crazy how it was just right there. After the falls we went swimming in the pool of course. ... we talked about food A LOT in the office, Morgan's new book 'Bourbon and Bacon' has led to us researching potential recipes and places for our tour. It turns out people like Bourbon and Bacon in the south, A LOT! I came across cafes which cooked bacon cookies, bacon brownies as well as bacon and salt caramelised donuts.

Tomorrow we'll be planning our trip more thoroughly as well as getting ready for the Fourth of July, stay tuned!
