Really tired this morning. So tired in fact that when I switched of the alam clock at 7.30 we both went straight back to sleep waking up an hour later. From Maryville to Great Smoky National Park and onwards towards Charleston. We got up earlier than normal and were in the breakfast area a bit after seven. Nit as good as we are used to eg no eggs and no fruit. No bagels either but English muffins. ... a little while, just walking around and observing. Then, we walked back up to the campus. Once we got back though, we decided to part ways and go home. So, I ended up leaving Columbia around 5:45 and arriving back in Charleston at 8. The trip was fun, but Columbia wasn't really my cup of tea (I left before 6 at night...), so I think I'll stick with Charleston and travel to some of the other great places around (aka Savannah). ...
