TBC - Long night ahead!

Pt 2:-
Just had the stop over in NYC. No time to get the T-shirt I wanted, but had Wendy's for the 1st time since hitting USA. OK but won't go back if a DD or In 'N' Out in sight! Much warmer here....was 34 on the board outside the bus stop.

PT 3:-
Made it to Boston by 02:00 and then cabbed it to the hotel. I jsut told the driver to take me to the Garden and thats where we pulled up. Seen the sign and the hotel was right ...

Our last days in New York were spent manically trying to squeeze in everything that we had missed during the week. We caught the Staten Island Ferry and got some good shots of the Statue of Liberty, went walking down Fifth Avenue to see if we could find the things we needed in the shops and we took a stroll through beautiful Central Park. That was the first massive billboard i saw as we drove in hahaha - i was like i may need one of those!!
So just a few dotpoints so i don't forget them - the cemeteries in New York are disgusting - they are the biggest things i have ever seen and they don't even lay out the graves nicely, there all like on top of each other. Plus they are always put right next 2 the motorways.

loved the flight, and the hospitality of the BA business class experience. I even had a facial as I though it would be done by a dolly. Then some big gay guy came out to 'facial' me. I was petrified. I have to say that he did a really good job though!!

I REALLY made the most of the free champagne and wine on the flight too. Legs were a bit wobbly on my return to the good old US and A!

Day 1 Feb. 11th (Wednesday) Jane & Gary took us to the bus station in Belleville and at 1pm the bus arrived to take us to Toronto. We were suppose to arrive at the airport shortly after 4pm but the bus got a flat tire. We got to the rest stop in Clarington where we waited to get the tire changed. Last night and early today some hundred or more motor homes filled with american families arrived at the camp site for the weekend. The sky is clear, and the weather is very mild. forward to the 35 straight hours of transit time (I leave at 1 pm
today, and don't arrive until 6:43 tomorrow, plus a 6 hour time
change).

I'll post the photos when I get home, I promise, I
coulnd't do them in Africa because I was afraid a computer virus from
the internet cafe computers would ruin my chip and they're the most
important things to me of the whole trip.
