    ... not the best but clean, cheap, central. No bugs ! Big cheap eaterie and bar next door. Spent the rest of day/ night wondering around downtown . A long walk via a well rough area with tents and shelters built on sidewalks got us to the groovy Pearl district for Ian's micro - brewery needs.i felt a bit ill but we stayed late and had a hilarious and characterful taxi driver who sang along loudly to his country cd of Alan Jackson ( apparently huge here !) was witty about life ...
