... St Paul area. The mall has lots of restaurants and small shops, along with a large Target and Macy's. Target is based in Minneapolis. We drove around some of the downtown neighborhoods, passing the Target Center where the Wild (hockey) and Timberwolves (basketball) play, along with hosting concerts and other events.
