    104 miles today. Another early start to avoid heat. Cycled with team Norway (PC and Ingrun) and had good pace line going. Al fell off but PC picked him up for me. Unfortunately they had a crash and team Norway also fell off. All ok though. Sat on side road for about 30 mins. Van came too but was only graze elbow and I think bruising.     So 120 mile day. Early start. First 70 went quickly. Nicely downhill. Then had a head wind. Then started getting hot. Really hot. Was humid too. Felt quite drained.
