I was especially impressed with Volunteer TV Channel 8's Vice President of Community Promotions Dino Cartwright, who made everyone feel welcome and did a great job as Master of Ceremonies on the final day.

... br> Before I send this I want to say THANK YOU. First to John Barbee (my trainer) for preparing me not only physically ahead of time...and giving me the confidence that I DO have the knowledge to listen to my body and work out the "kinks" when they happen...and I know they will happen...BUT also (probably without realizing it) he gave me the mental confidence that I CAN do this...So BIG HUGS to John for that. My other BIG THANK YOU is to ...
