    The hotel is worth a mention in that it has no bar. I mention this because years ago I got to arrange a trip to Bath for a rugby weekend with some friends and managed to pick a Salvation Army hotel, the only one in the city without a bar.     ... around the hotel grounds (which were vast!) to get our bearings, had a sushi lunch and then caught some late afternoon rays by the pool.
