Day 1
Well we did leave on-time this morning -- 6:30 AM sharp. Nothing exciting to report today and no pictures as we are just driving hard to get out to the Grand Canyon. We got into Longview, TX at 3:15. It was a terribly hot day. The temperature reached 100 degrees and stayed there for about 3 hours, then it cooled down to 97 degrees. Well we're down to the final 24 hours before we leave for vacation. Kasey and I really got a lot of things done yesterday for our trip.
