          ... 00 pm flight, which was 1:00 am Texas time. On the plane I watched a documentary called That Sugar Film. It’s a thing that a guy did to prove that sugar was the one causing obesity and diseases and not fat. I learned that every 4 grams of sugar is the equivalent to 1 whole teaspoon of caster sugar. I also watched some in flight footy, (of course) and a few TV shows. The rest of the time I slept and did my homework.
