Arrived in Little Rock about 5:00 PM. Travel was uneventful with good weather and very little traffic which is the way we like it. We had a great evening exploring the Little Rock River District which was near our hotel. There was a large farmers' market with lots of local products. The produce looked great - especially the peaches. Too bad we would have to leave them In a hot car so we passed. We ate at a restaurant ...

Spent the day in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Eric and I listened to the World Cup match between Brazil and Chile. If you missed it, you missed an exciting game. The match went in to overtime with no additional score ...

We procrastinated a bit again for this blog, but here we finally are: typing away and attempting to stretch our legs out a bit for our big day tomorrow. Well, group of people I do not yet know, thank you for your attentiveness. It has been an absolute joy to speak into the lives of you all via the diary of Ali Coad. I hope you have enjoyed the tales of June 11, 2014; ta-ta for ...

After a delicious breakfast consisting of pancakes and bacon provided by the church, we set off to our build site in Little Rock. I was with the group that went to lay the roofing down at a house Habitat for Humanity of Pulaski county is building. I mostly spent the time handing up the sheets to my teammates who were on the roof. I ...
